Auctions are characterized by clear and efficient sales processes that reduce bureaucracy and allow for quick completion of sales. In the Troostwijk auction, returns are not possible; once the sale is confirmed, the money is transferred according to the established procedure.
Auctions attract buyers from all over Europe, so competition can drive prices up.
The auction process is transparent, instilling confidence in both the seller and the buyer. After the auction ends and the car is sold for your set price, you will be informed within a week whether the buyer has paid. If the buyer does not pay, the car will be offered at the next auction (additional auctions are not charged).
Auctions allow international buyers to participate, which increases interest and potential purchases.
We provide as accurate information as possible regarding the real selling price and timelines, which helps the seller decide whether it is worth bringing the car to auction.
You don’t need to worry about transporting the car, handling the paperwork, cleaning, or preparing the vehicle—we take care of everything.
We have reliable partners at Dutch auctions, with whom we have been collaborating for 5 years. The partners have their own mechanics and more favorable conditions for auction fees.
We have transported over 100 cars to auctions!
We have gained significant experience and many success stories regarding the prices at which cars sell the fastest and at the highest price.
Submit a request by providing the details of your vehicle and your desired selling price. The selling price of the car is calculated as follows:
A car with documents from EU countries: a similar vehicle priced at 15,000 EUR on the website mobile.de can be sold for 11,000–12,500 EUR and more.
A car with US documents (certificate of salvage): approximately 10,500–11,000 EUR and more, and with a Destruction Bill of Sale or Junk Title – 9,500–10,500 EUR and more.
It is important to remember that there can always be exceptions—the car may sell for a higher price or may not sell at all.
The car must be transported to the auction. Transport rates range from 350 EUR + VAT to 450 EUR + VAT.
If you have the option to transport the car to the Netherlands yourself, you may do so, and we will handle everything from there.
The car must be inspected at a garage in the Netherlands. Preliminary costs — 200–250 EUR + VAT.
This price includes:
We will ensure an attractive presentation of the car: a car photoshoot will be conducted, and we will provide a detailed history of the car, including its service records and specifications
We will keep your car in a lot alongside other cars for sale. We will ensure their security.
We monitor every car we transport and ensure that the client receives the appropriate selling price. If the desired price is not reached, the car will be listed in the upcoming auction.
Payment after the sale of the car: all amounts are transferred via bank transfer (cash payments are not accepted). If the car is sold, the buyer pays the money, and the funds will be transferred in 2 weeks.
Dutch partners — 900 € + VAT
The partners do not leave the car to fend for itself at the auction. Throughout the entire sales period the car is kept at their yard. They actively communicate with potential auction buyers – they contact the highest bidders, answer their questions about the car, clarify their intentions and encourage them to complete the purchase. The partners also communicate directly with „Troostwijk Auctions“, resolve any issues that arise and coordinate the entire sales process.
Audelta — 350 €
We cross-check the car’s market prices, provide all the information required for the auction, coordinate the auction process and continuously supervise the sale until the money reaches the client’s account. VAT is not applied.
